Chair Volleyball

More fun than you can possibly stand - while seated! Come enjoy this fun-filled game played with a beach ball. Chair volleyball is great for upper body mobility and joint flexibility. It enhances your muscle tone, reflexes, hand-to-eye coordination, and endurance. The game is played with a beach ball and a five foot high net. Rules are similar to regular volleyball except “cheeks on the chair!” (For a free copy of the rules, click here.)

Why promote a Chair Volleyball program for brain fitness?

Exercise is a well documented method of keeping your body and brain strong. Chair Volleyball exercise not only helps produce wonderful new brain cells through the power of exercise, but it adds one more ingredient to enhancing the production of new brain cell growth - sociability. If you exercise in a group setting you will be offering twice the benefit to your brain. People who remain socially active and engaged in stimulating activities show a definite advantage in brain fitness.
